Bloom hi.mpact liner is ultra-smooth, leading to better laydown of adhesive for an improved appearance. It’s stronger and harder than other liners resulting in a better die-cutting surface. And, it’s designed for superior converting with better silicone coverage and hold-out, making release and matrix stripping a breeze.
