Mactac RCA - Recycling Compatible Adhesives

Mactac’s ST-95 and 640AT adhesives, paired with a paper facestock, pass the TLMI-LRP2 Lab Testing protocol. These adhesives, when applied to paper, can be recycled and the paper is repulpable. 

As an approved supplier, Mactac “laminates” (adhesives) passed the specifications defined in the TLMI Specification for Paper Labels coated with Environmentally Benign Pressure Sensitive Adhesive.
Adhesive Adhesive Description
ST-95

A permanent acrylic emulsion with aggressive initial tack, excellent ultimate adhesion and mandrel hold. Very good adhesion to corrugated, glass, and various plastic substrates. Considered to be latex glove-friendly for use in some healthcare applications
640AT 

An all-temperature acrylic adhesive that performs well in normal to freezer temperature applications. 640AT exhibits some open time on some substrates (please test) and develops a permanent bond to a wide variety of substrates.

CHILL AT Adhesives

CHILL AT is a hot-melt adhesive, which will give you the application versatility you need. It was designed to stick quickly and stay in place as needed— whether your application condition is room temperature or something more challenging like 20 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. 

CHILL AT is specially formulated to adhere from very cold to hot temperatures (minus 65 F to 150 F). Additionally, it works well on low surface energy substrates like low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and more.

PUREapply adhesive delivers a unique combination of high initial adhesion with clean initial removability.
