Roll Label Products When it comes to roll label applications, MACtac® can help you detirmine the best solution for you and your customer. Thoroughly researched and tested, MACtac Roll Label's pressure sensitive, adhesive coated papers and films are designed to work great for applications such as durable goods labeling, security labeling, and for labeling products in the health & beauty and food & beverages indusries. MACtac Roll Label's newest innovation MACtac PUREtac CL216 Ultimate Adhesive is designed for prime film applications where superior clarity and secure adhesion are required. Whether there is a need for durable films that can withstand chemical and environmental factors, secure adhesion for applications like tire labeling or a desire for FSC certified digital label products, MACtac has a labeling solution to meet the needs of its customers.
Graphic Products MACtac Graphic Products provides innovative pressure-sensitive adhesive solutions to the rapidly changing, fast-paced wide-format printing industry. Typical applications include indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, tradeshow and POP displays, wall graphics, environmental graphics, and more. In fact, for more than 30 years, MACtac has been at the forefront of product development for digital printing, mounting and laminating, screen-printing and cut-vinyl needs. The IMAGin® wide-format degital printing media offers an ultra-smooth, printable surface optimized for low-ink consumption, while MACtac PERMACOLOR® overlaminates and mounting films protect graphics from moisture and abrasions without distorting image quality. Also available is a wide color variety of MACmark® Marking Films to enhance any cut-vinyl application. Finally, use the MACtac REBEL™ Multi-Print product line, of pressure-sensitive vinyl for applications such as banners and billboards.
Sheet Products Distributed under the Starliner® and Metro® brands, MACtac pressure-sensitive sheet products are used primarily by sheet-fed commercial printers through a network of paper merchants. Applications range from packaging, promotional media and point-of-purchase displays tocustom and shipping labels. Starliner is the premium pressure-sensitive sheet product line for both offset and digital printing, while Metro allows customers to select products from a value that offers superior quality at the right price.
Medical Products MACtac has been a trusted source of medical adhesive systems for more than 25 years, and offers medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive solutions to fit a variety of direct skin contact applications, including wound care, trandermal drug delivery and medical device assembly. We help our customers select the precise combinations of adhesives, facestocks and release liners that are the perfect construction for their application needs. Through the industry standard Acrysure™ brand, and the new, smooth Silk™ adhesives, MACtac medical products can be used in surgical drapes, wound dressings, single-use electrodes, and many more medical applications.
Specialty Products MACtac Specialty Products offers engineered pressure-sensitive solutions for bonding & mounting with the benefits of high strength, immediate adhesion and superior aesthetics compared to conventional fastening methods. MACfilm® high-performace rubber and acrylic free film products are ideal for use on nameplates, membrane switches, and trim constructions, while the MACbond® double-sided tapes can bond a wide range of materials including metals, cork, glass, and ceramics. Finally, the MACmount® family of double-sided closed cell polyethylene foam tapes is great for irregular surface bonding and can even be used as a sound dampening tool.
