| MACtac® safety grit is a pressure sensitive solution for a safe, non-skid surface that permanently grips in minutes. It uses a finely ground mineral abrasive - uniform in size and evenly distributed - which is permanently bonded to a high-strength, non-tear plastic carrier film. This pressure sensitive material creates a low profile, non-slip surface that won't tear, flake or chip.
The water-resistant grit allows for exposure to harsh interior and exterior environments; the industrial-strength film carrier prevents rot, offers high moisture resistance and ensures stability; and the high-tack rubber-based adhesive adheres to a wide variety of substrates, including painted and unpainted wood, metal and etched concrete. Our safety grit is available in self-wound rolls.
